Southern Property Maintenance UK Ltd was founded in 1997 and consisted of the Managing Director - Mr Richard James and a single employee.
Since then the company has consistently grown and now boasts 10 highly skilled craftsmen.

We work with a variety of Architects, often delivering the planning process as well as the build.
Our relationships with the Design Teams is excellent and we have been praised for our technical input and build ability checks, as well as our problem solving techniques on difficult projects.

Our ability to co-ordinate the various Architects, Engineers and other professionals is something we are particularly proud of and the feedback we receive from our clients and Project Managers is that we are one of the more proactive Building and Refurbishment Companies.
